The reset

We run your agency selection - and lock the promise into the contract.

Online and offline, in one market or thirty - most of our clients start with one, two or three. Pitches run in more than fifty countries: across the EU, APAC including Japan, China, Korea and Australia, and MENA. A proven format, tailored every time, run turnkey so your team is needed for a handful of decision moments, not the process. And one rule above all: we advise, you decide. Always.

How it runs

A proven format, tailored every time - from intake to a signed contract.

STEP 1

Intake

Before any agency hears from us, we learn your business, your industry and your environment - so the pitch tests what actually matters to you.

STEP 2

Round one

From longlist to shortlist, with you in the loop at every cut. Capabilities, fit and credentials - assessed on one yardstick.

STEP 3

Round two - the case

Agencies present a case we brief. That briefing is our craft: designed so they must prove themselves on exactly the elements that will matter most in your contract and SLA.

STEP 4

Financials & contract lock

Proposals made comparable, the negotiation led constructively, and every commitment - price, quality, transparency - written into the contract.

We run the clock, you run your business. After the decision, we make the handover to your new agency as seamless as we can.

Where we earn our fee

Agencies are excellent presenters. We make sure that's not what decides.

In my experience, a well-run pitch improves media value by 10-15% on average - and sometimes far more. But your number is yours: it comes from the scan, not from an average. We agree the yardstick up front and track every result.

PIT–001In the room We sit beside you - listening, asking the questions your team wouldn't know to ask, and debriefing with you afterwards. You are never alone at that table. And there's a welcome side-effect: a well-run pitch is a masterclass - your team spends weeks with the best thinking in the industry, applied to your own brand, and comes out knowing far more about media than it went in.
PIT–002In the numbers Agencies can present metrics in the light that suits them - that's their job; ours is to translate every claim back to one definition, one baseline, one yardstick - so proposals become comparable and inflated numbers become visible.
PIT–003In the contract We know where the loopholes live - rebates, definitions, audit rights, exit terms - and close them before you sign, not after you pay.

The room is where agencies present. The data room is where they are compared.

Fair play

A level playing field - or no pitch at all.

  1. Every agency competes on the same yardstick - including the one you already have. Reviewing a relationship is healthy business, not a betrayal.
  2. We advise on absolute grounds who should win. You decide - on our findings, and on chemistry, where the numbers allow it.
  3. If a client has already chosen the winner and wants the pitch as theatre, we decline the assignment.
  4. We keep the process under the radar until you decide otherwise.

Fair pitches attract better agencies - the good ones know they'll get a real brief, a real decision, and a fee they can live on.

The fee philosophy

Close the front door on the fee, and somewhere a window opens.

An agency that can't earn honestly will earn invisibly - in the margins, the inventory, the deals - and that always costs more than the fee you saved. So we don't squeeze. We negotiate a fee your agency can properly live on, and make every euro of it visible. Not the lowest fee wins; the transparent one does.

After the signature

Everything we lock into your contract, we can also guard - month after month.
